A confirmation email is sent automatically after purchase.

All orders are processed within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent.

  • Canada: 6–10 business days

  • United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand: 6–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–12 business days

  • United States:

    Free shipping on orders over $65 USD, otherwise $3.90 USD

  • Canada:

    Free shipping on orders over $90 USD, otherwise $3.90 USD

  • UK, Australia, New Zealand & Rest of the World:

    Free shipping on orders over $120 USD, otherwise $5.90 USD

 

 

 

 

7.4 Carriers

Adore You works with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, depending on the destination.

 

 

 

7.5 Order Tracking

Customers can track their order using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

7.6 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may be arranged once additional shipping costs are paid by the customer.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact Adore You within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and order details.

Adore You will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

 

 

 

7.8 International Shipping & Customs

Orders are shipped internationally from Hong Kong.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any return request must be approved by customer support before being sent back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of confirmed error by Adore You.

 

 

 

9. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Adore You shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond its control.
